How does another CX North America subscriber know they have received a connection request?
When a CX North America subscriber has a pending connection request, they will be sent an email to notify them of the pending connection request, the request will appear in their 'Connection Requests Received' section which is found by clicking on the Connection Requests icon and a red notification dot will also appear on the Connection Requests icon to indicate this.
